Deposit
A 50% deposit on all hire and catering charges is required to secure the booking.
Cancellations
22 days or more before the hire date: No charges and deposit returned.
21 days or less before the hire date: Deposit forfeited.
Any unrecoverable catering costs will be charged in full, irrespective of cancellation date.
Invoicing and payment
A detailed invoice for all hire and catering charges will be sent directly after the event.
Payment in full is required within 30 days.
Heath and Safety
All persons visiting the International Wine & Spirit Centre must sign in at the reception desk and must observe all fire safety regulations and procedures.
General Conditions
The WSET operates a no smoking policy throughout the building.
The WSET reserves the right to change the booked room for one of equivalent or better value, or one more relevant to your event.
Any damage to equipment, furniture, fixtures, fittings or structures supplied in the meeting/lecture rooms during use by yourselves, will be charged for. The WSET will not be liable for loss or damage to equipment brought onto the premises by yourselves. Any equipment supplied by you should be in good working order and comply with any Heath and Safety regulations.
The WSET will on request accept goods placed in its care but these goods are accepted entirely at the owner's risk.
