Dave Mulligan, owner and founder of BAR 1661, will take us through the history and culture of Irish poitín, where it came from, where it’s going, and where it’s made.

He is owner and founder of BAR 1661, the home of Irish poitín and current winner of Irelands Bar Of The Year award. In 2022 he launched the worlds first poitín based RTD Little & GREEN, named after the bar and is the creator of the modern classic, poitín signature serve the Belfast Coffee.
