Skin contact: Exploring orange wine

Tuesday 10 September  16:30 - 17:00pm

You’d be forgiven for thinking orange wine is a relatively new creation, popping up on wine lists across the UK in recent years. In fact the production of orange wine dates back 5,000 years, even predating white wine.

This ‘new’ category can be confusing. Should it look orange? Is it made with oranges? How is it different from other wines?

Join Wine Educator Anjali Douglas DipWSET to find out about this exciting style, and bust some myths along the way. You’ll find out about the long history of orange wine, taste a variety of styles, and explore all things orange wine and food.
