Dan is a 25-year-old, Vietnamese-American bartender and writer covering spirits, travel, and culture for GQ, Food & Wine, Punch, Vice, Saveur, Liquor, and Paper Magazine among others. He also has 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry as a server, barista, bartender, and consultant.
In 2018, after serving as deputy editor for Saveur.com, Dan was named International Young Drinks Writer of the Year by The Spirits Business.
