Wine and Sake winner
Micky is actively involved in the wine and sake industry in Greater China as an educator, writer, international judge and industry consultant. He is the co-founder of Hong Kong Wine Academy and Japanese F&B magazine Umai and also blogs on mickychan.com with regular contributions to various online and printed media.
Micky is the first certified educator of SSA & WSET Sake Award in Hong Kong. He also delivers wine and Japanese sake training in Taiwan and Mainland China.
