Natalya Watson
WSET's Business Development Manager - Beer & Beer Educator
Natalya is qualified as an IBD Beer Sommelier, Advanced Cicerone® and WSET beer educator, She joined WSET in 2023 to support the launch of the organisation’s new beer qualifications within Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA). She teaches both the Level 1 and Level 2 Awards in Beer at WSET School London.
Sara Hobday DipWSET
WSET's Head of Research & Curriculum - Beer & Beer Educator
Sara Hobday is the Head of Research & Curriculum for Beer at WSET, where she leads the creation and design of educational content for our new suite of beer qualifications. As an experienced drinks educator, Sara is passionate about delivering an exceptional student experience that builds practical skills and knowledge in the world of beer.
Julia Lambeth DipWSET
Course Manager for Levels 1-3 & Wine and Beer Educator
Julia started out in the drinks trade as a novice, working at Majestic Wine for a number of years as a retail manager. After completing the Diploma and winning the Codorníu Scholarship prize, she started a wine tasting company. Julia joined WSET School London's teaching faculty in September 2019. She teaches beer and wine courses.
Russell Dent DipWSET
Diploma Course Director & Wine and Beer Educator
Russell co-ordinates all Level 4 Diploma in Wines courses run by WSET's flagship school and is the go-to contact for anyone studying this prestigious qualification. He also holds WSET's beer qualifications and teaches these at WSET School London.

Ed Wicks DipWSET
Quality Lead Levels 1-3 & Wine, Spirits and Beer Educator
Ed has been working in the drinks business in some form since he turned 18 years old. He won three awards for his WSET results, and now teaches and runs events at WSET School London. He teaches WSET's wines, spirits and beer qualifications.
