One evening a week for three weeks
This hands-on course teaches students through sight, smell and taste, to understand more about wine. The evening class builds your skills and knowledge up over three sessions.
By the end of evening one, you’ll be able to taste wine using a systematic approach, and be able to identify the main styles of wine. On evening two, you'll learn the key principles of food and wine pairing and how to apply these to your own food and wine choices. Evening three teaches you how to serve and store wine to get the most out of it, and ends with your 30-question multiple choice examination.
Attendance
The course takes place on Wednesday evenings for three weeks - 29 January, 5 and 12 February 2020, with classes starting at 6:30pm and finishing at 8:30pm. Please note, you will be required for registration at 6:15pm on the first day.
