Five weeks of online guided study
Learn about spirits and liqueurs through a five week online study programme that works flexibly around your existing commitments. The Level 2 Award in Spirits online course covers the same syllabus as the classroom course in a supported Online Classroom which allows you to study alongside your peers under the guidance of a dedicated educator.
The course covers the main categories of spirits and liqueurs as well as the influences of production methods on the different styles available in each category.
During our School closure due to COVID-19, we are providing you with extra enhancements to your online learning experience, including webinars and extra question and answer sessions hosted by our expert educators.
This course now comes with the ability to sit your examination online, so you don't need to wait or travel to complete your qualification. More details on how online examinations work will be shared with you once you enrol.
