Wine webinar
Cabernet Sauvignon is now the most widely planted grape variety in the world.
From its European homeland of Bordeaux where it is a major component of famous Left Bank communes, to its domination of the Napa Valley and beyond, this grape is capable of making exceptional quality wines with long-term ageing potential.
During this webinar Lydia Harrison MW will take a look at the key characteristics of Cabernet Sauvignon, explore some of the famous regions where it is grown and discuss why it is so widely appreciated, either as a single varietal or as part of a blend.
While there is no requirement for you to try and obtain a specific wine, please feel free to join with a glass of wine of your choice, even better if it’s a Cabernet!
If you enjoy the webinar, we would love to welcome you onto one of our WSET wine courses, all of which can be studied online from your home. More details here.
