This historic sparkling wine region in northern France is widely adored around the globe, and its wines hold deep associations with celebrations and gourmet cuisine.
As one of three finalists for the UK Champagne Ambassador Competition in 2018, and as a lover of fine bubbles, Lauren Denyer DipWSET has a particular fascination with this region. In this one-hour webinar, Lauren will provide an in-depth overview of the region and its subregions, the 'traditional method' of sparkling wine production and what makes premier cru and grand cru wines so special. She will also explore the different styles of Champagne produced, including rosé and prestige cuvées.
