Wine webinar

The Grenache Noir grape, known as Garnacha Tinta in Spain and Cannonau in Sardinia, is very much at home in the warmer, sunnier climates of the wine world. With the warming global climate leading to ever-earlier harvests, this is certainly the time to be giving this heat-hardy grape variety the attention it deserves.

It's versatility makes it capable of producing vibrant rosés, soft-fruited reds, spicy, full-bodied wines and sumptuously sweet fortifieds. During this webinar, Lucy Stevenson DipWSET will explore the diversity of wine styles that Grenache/Garnacha is responsible for, focusing in on its key characteristics and main regions of production.

While there is no requirement for you to try and obtain a specific wine, please feel free to join with a glass of wine of your choice, even better if it’s a Grenache/Garnacha!

If you enjoy the webinar, we would love to welcome you onto one of our WSET wine courses, all of which can be studied online from your home. More details here.
