Rum is a vast category which also happens to be incredibly diverse. Unfortunately, rum is also all too often misunderstood and presented in an overly simplified manner. In this webinar, Nick King DipWSET takes four rums that have only two things in common: they are made from sugar cane, and they are clear and colourless (or ‘white’). Using these four examples he'll show you why this diversity exists and that greatness can be found in the purity of youth.

The four rums will be:

  • Don Q Cristal
  • Rum Bar Overproof
  • Clément Canne Bleue
  • Clairin Sajous

There's no need to source each of these rums to enjoy the webinar, but do feel free to join us with a glass of rum in hand!
