Biodynamic grape growing has become increasingly popular over recent decades. Growers in regions around the world have changed how they grow their vines in line with its philosophy, but it is an idea that has been around for a long time. In this webinar, Julia will talk about the origins of theory and what is included within the rules of Biodynamic production. She will then move on to its applications in the vineyard, some of the controversy and successes of the practice over recent years, and what influence this has had on the production and quality of wines. Finally, Julia will finish off with some thoughts on the future of this very particular practice.
