Event details
Wine webinar
From North to South, and from the western coastal ranges to the eastern foothills of the Andes, Chile has a multitude of climates and landscapes in which to produce wine. This tasting aims to explore both the classic varieties which helped to establish the country’s reputation (such as Maipo Cabernet Sauvignon and cooler climate Pinot Noir) as well as the more innovative and unusual styles now being produced from grapes such as Carignan and Cinsault. Our very own Lydia Harrison MW visited the country in November 2019 on her first Master of Wine trip and will discuss some of the hot topics surrounding Chilean wine.
As part of the webinar, Lydia will be tasting the following wine:
- Clos des Fous 'Cauquenina', 2014
Feel free to purchase the same and taste alongside! Otherwise, feel free to join with a glass of wine of your choice. Let us know what you're tasting on Instagram:
