Wine webinar
Sauvignon Blanc is undeniably one of the world's most important and popular white grape varieties. Planted in many countries around the world, it is best known for producing a crisp, fresh and aromatic style with fruit flavours that reflect the growing conditions it is planted in. But it is very capable of producing many other styles beyond this, including sweet botrytised wines, blended and oak-aged wines and even some excellent sparkling wines.
In this one hour webinar Julia Lambeth DipWSET will look at the characteristics of the grape variety, its history and some of the different regions around the world that it is grown in.
