NEW! This is an opportunity for Diploma students to complete a mock D3 theory exam (paper 2) in the comfort of your own home. A marking key will be provided so you can self-mark the paper afterwards and you will get the chance to discuss the questions with a Diploma educator.
Event details
This is a virtual study session providing Level 4 Diploma in Wines candidates with a D3 exam in May the chance to discuss exam technique with a Diploma educator and practice answering questions. The questions will come from the paper 2 part of the D3 exam, where students have to answer 2 out of 3 given questions.
How will it work?
- After you've booked your space, we'll send you the Zoom details via email.
- We'll give you the questions for you to take the mock exam at home.
- After you finish, we'll give you a marking key so that you can mark your own answers.
- A Diploma educator will then go through all three questions with the group, to discuss exam technique and share tips.
Could you join our in-person revision session?
We are hosting a range of revision activities at WSET School London on Thursday 4 May:
- You have the opportunity to do mock tasting exams for both paper 1 (grape & country) and paper 2 (region & unrelated samples) at WSET School London. Please visit our tastings and events page to see the full schedule and book your space.
- In-between the mock exams, we invite you to our fourth floor Diploma Suite to do a self-pour quality tasting in your own time. A Diploma educator will be on hand to answer any questions you have about the exam or wines. (There's no need to book – this is included when you sit any mock exam).
Booking terms and conditions
- Payment in full must be made at the time of booking and places are not confirmed until payment has been received. Unfortunately we cannot take provisional bookings.
- This event is open to WSET School London Diploma students only.
Cancellations and transfers
- Cancellations and transfers can be made up to two weeks before the event.
- Cancellations within 10 working days are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another event.
- If you need to change a name on the booking, please give us as much notice as possible.
- WSET School London reserves the right to cancel an event. If necessary, a full refund or transfer will be offered.
