Join Victoria Daskal DipWSET, who has recently returned from a trip to Georgia, to explore the past, present and future of Georgian wine, alongside some food provided by Iberia Georgian Restaurant.

Event details

Winemaking in Georgia has been taking place for 8,000 years. A true "Old World" wine country, explore the diverse varietals, processes and styles that make these wines so distinct and so delicious.

Victoria Daskal DipWSET will showcase the wines alongside small servings of traditional Georgian food, such has Khachapuri and Khinkali, prepared by Iberia Georgian Restaurant.

About the presenter, Victoria Daskal DipWSET

Victoria Daskal DipWSET

Victoria is a wine writer, educator, business owner and consultant with over 15 years of experience in the wine industry. She is the founder of Mummy Wine Club, an award-winning wine subscription club and wine events company based in London. She teaches the Levels 1-3 Awards in Wines at WSET School London.


Booking terms and conditions

Payment in full must be made at the time of booking and places are not confirmed until payment has been received. Unfortunately we cannot take provisional bookings.

Cancellations and transfers

  • Cancellations and transfers can be made up to two weeks before the event.
  • Cancellations within 10 working days are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another event.
  • If you need to change a name on the booking, please give us as much notice as possible.
  • WSET School London reserves the right to cancel an event. If necessary, a full refund or transfer will be offered.

Tasting level

Intermediate: An in-depth exploration of a particular topic. Some prior knowledge is beneficial – such as a WSET Level 2 qualification – but these sessions will be enjoyable and educational for anyone with an interest in the subject.
