Join Neil Phillips to taste eight Prosecco DOC wines and discover perfect pairings for Grana Padano, sushi and prosciutto.
Event details
Did you know that wine drinkers in the UK spend more on Prosecco than any other sparkling wine? The drink has become synonymous with joy, celebration and 'La Dolce Vita' (the good life). Hosted at WSET School London, this informal and fun tasting will reveal how Prosecco pairs so well with food.
Presented by Prosecco DOC’s UK Ambassador Neil Phillips, The Wine Tipster, food pairings will include Grana Padano, sushi and prosciutto, as you taste your way through wines from eight different producers, featuring brut, extra dry styles and Prosecco DOC Millesimato Rosé.
Neil will also update you on the latest news from the Prosecco DOC in North East Italy, including the 2022 harvest, sustainability, wine tourism, extra brut wines, organic and vegan wines.
A must-do tasting for any fizz fans!
