At this special one-off tasting, Diploma students will get the opportunity to explore the hills and wines of Friuli Venezia Giulia with Angelo Turi, a current Diploma student and representative from PromoTurismoFVG.

This masterclass will focus on the Colli Orientali and Collio appellations of Friuli Venezia Giulia, the north easternmost region of Italy, with vineyards touching those of Slovenia.
This is a fantastic opportunity for Diploma students to discover an important yet lesser-understood region for wine production in Italy. Historically this region has been devoted to white wines, with reds are becoming more prominent, and a with a reputation of internationally-recognised orange wines.
Presenting this masterclass is Angelo Turi of PromoTurismoFVG, Food and Wine Account Manager UK. Angelo comes from a distinguished culinary family and has spent the past 10 years in the wine and travel industries with roles such as Wine Tourism Manager, Product Manager, Brand Ambassador and Tour Host. He is currently studying the WSET Level 4 Diploma in Wines and would love to share his knowledge of Friuli Venezia Guilia with fellow students to support them along their Diploma journey.
