Join Abbie Bennington DipWSET to explore the incredible wines of Napa's westerly neighbour, Sonoma County.

Event details

California, the sunshine state, is home to some of finest (and priciest!) wines made from well-known and loved grape varieties.

In this session, Abbie Bennington DipWSET will drill down into the wines made by Napa’s sibling and take an in-depth look at the sensational Sonoma County.

Spanning from the Pacific Ocean in the west to the Mayacamas Mountains in the east, Sonoma County is the largest wine producer in Northern California. It is home to 18 wine regions and more than 425 wineries, ranging from small, family-run operations to globally acclaimed wine houses. Sonoma wines enjoy global recognition and they’ve been winning awards since the 19th century.

Abbie will showcase of a range of styles and classic varieties that have put Sonoma firmly on the map.

Alongside the wines, enjoy a selection of locally sourced cheese and charcuterie.
