Join Deniz Bayram DipWSET for an exploration of Portugal’s dynamic and evolving wine scene.
Event details
Portugal has long been celebrated for its extensive winemaking heritage, yet today its producers are redefining traditions with fresh approaches and experimentation. From the volcanic soils of the Azores, dry wines of Madeira to the amphora-aged whites of Alentejo, Portugal offers an exciting blend of heritage and innovation.
This tasting will showcase diverse styles from underappreciated regions, including historic indigenous varieties, wines made from forbidden grapes and rare orange wines.
Discover how Portugal’s winemakers are embracing both ancient methods and cutting-edge techniques to craft wines that surprise and delight.
