Join Leona De Pasquale DipWSET, a London-based Taiwanese wine educator and journalist, for one of the world’s first Taiwanese wine tastings outside of Taiwan.
Event details
This unique event will take you on an exploration of the exceptional world of Taiwanese wine, where Vitis vinifera grapes are absent.
Instead, discover the island’s innovative use of hybrid grape varieties—some developed by Taiwanese research centres to thrive in its subtropical climate—and experience wines you won’t find anywhere else.
During the tasting, you'll sample seven wines from two award-winning Taiwanese wineries, and gain valuable insight into the rapidly evolving Taiwanese wine scene.
