Journey from the Roman ruins of Nîmes to hills of the Cevennes for an introduction to the Languedoc.
Event details
Join Richard Lane DipWSET for an introduction to the Languedoc, sampling styles from the east of the region.
This session will take you through some of the region's best-known appellations including coastal Picpoul de Pinet and schistous Faugères, as well as newcomers like Pic Saint-Loup and Terasses du Larzac.
Along the way, you'll discover more of the Languedoc's long and turbulent history, its challenging climatic conditions, and the exciting innovation taking place in this vast winegrowing region.
Enjoy the wines alongside a selection of cheeses and snacks from the South of France.
Book both Languedoc tastings to save £10.
